A nice and light American Wheat style Ale, featuring Briess' White Wheat, a hint of caramel malt for that added peachy color, finished with a light hug of citra hops, and a massive dosing of peach black tea. Cheers to summer!
Creamy Brown Ale infused with coffee roasted at Rusty Dog Coffee.
Clocking in at 5.3% ABV, this pale ale is brewed with Kernza® grains, granola and heaps of good karma for a refreshing, light-bodied beer that will leave you with nothin’ left to do but smile, smile, smile. The addition of El Dorado and Azacca hops brings waves of tropical pineapple, mango, and passion fruit notes for a vibrant tapestry of alluring aromas and flavors that just keeps truckin’ sip after refreshing sip.
Duchesse de Bourgogne from Brouwerij Verhaeghe is the traditional Flemish red ale. This refreshing ale is matured in oak casks; smooth with a rich texture and interplay of passion fruit, and chocolate, and a long, dry and acidic finish. After the first and secondary fermentation, the beer goes for maturation into the oak barrels for 18 months. The final product is a blend of younger 8 months old beer with 18 months old beer. The average age of the Duchesse de Bourgogne before being bottled is 12 months.
Eugene is our Farmhouse IPA utilizing the leftover highly aromatic hop slurry from Bobbi, and then dry-hopped with rotating varieties each batch. This version features Amarillo and Motueka for punchy notes of navel orange and lime leaf, followed by a brisk finish with refreshing tartness.
Brewed with a simple but powerful grain bill of Genie Pils and Sonora White Wheat from our friends @lincmalt and hopped with Saaz, Harlen is light and lean but with a silky mouthfeel thanks to the wheat. We lagered the beer in the foeder with our mixed culture for over a month before packaging, where it then naturally conditioned in the can. Bright, refreshing, and with a touch of palate-cleansing bitterness in the finish, this is exactly the kind of beer we want to be drinking to welcome the warmer weather that’s just around the corner (or so we hope!)
This Belgian-Style Blonde ale clocks in at 7%. Light, crisp and refreshing you can’t have just one. It’s the first time Jessica has made this one so come on by and let us know if you’d like to see this one again.
Lighter-bodied, dry and lightly roasty stout developed in the Tropics for warm-weather drinking, with fruity notes to complement the dark malt and roasted flavors.
Throwing a bullseye at an easy sunshine lager designed to drop anchor on that Forever Summer feeling knotted up inside you. The floral lemon & hay aromas paired with earthy spice from Noble hops are well-balanced by lightly toasted honey malt. Flawlessly clear gold under a white foam cap, this squeaky clean, cracker crisp lager coasts on minimal bitterness & a moderate 4.5% ABV. No need to look at the calendar, Summer’s in the can.
90s Brewpub-style Amber Ale. Enter Shaker, our ode to the American Amber Ale and the “shaker” pint glass into which they were poured that dominated so many brewpub tap lists in the boom of the 1990s. Let’s pay this foundational style its due. Brewed with 2-row, crystal malts and a selection of pre-2000s hops (no Citra here!). Presents a quintessential “old school” profile: candied orange, biscuit, pine resin, grass, even some toffee. Bitter yet balanced. A complete reorientation of standards.
Jam-packed with juicy goodness, Strawberry Fields Sour Ale is back. Originally created as part of New Belgium Brewing’s “Beers with Vrienden” collaboration series, this Strawberry Kettle Sour found a permanent patch at Indeed. An addition of Lactobacillus provides a tart backdrop for playful notes of strawberry to kiss you right on the mouth. Light and crisp with a dry finish, you’ll want to drink Strawberry Fields forever.
Our friends over at Kentucky’s own Willett Distillery have one kind of barrel: wood. And they put two things in them: Bourbon and Rye. We were fortunate enough to get some of their Bourbon barrels, and we put our Imperial Stout in them. It’s a chocolatey, coffee-y, smoky, Bourbon-y beast of a barrel-aged thing. Word.
We’ve teamed up with the coffee roasting masters and all around fine folks at Verena Street Coffee Co. With a cold pressed proprietary blend of Verena Street’s rich ground coffee beans, our brewmaster has crafted a wholly original coffee stout that is both rich in coffee tones and eminently drinkable. Its pleasant espresso aroma leads to rich coffee flavors mixed with notes of roasted malt and hint of chocolate, all topped off with a generous mocha head.
Honeycrisp is 5.5% ABV and 2.8 Brix, just a touch sweeter than Seattle Cider’s Semi Sweet. Honeycrisp cider is an approachable option for new cider drinkers and longtime cider fans alike. Cultivated for their perfect balance of sweet and tart, Honeycrisp apples are the modern darling of pomme fruit. Vibrant, juicy, and apple-forward, Honeycrisp is delightfully aromatic and pleasantly crisp. Seattle Cider Honeycrisp is like taking a bite of a fresh apple.
Pilsner with red rice. Features a dry, cleansing finish that is smooth, crisp and refreshing.
Gratitude!
West Coast-Style IPA brewed with Pilsner and Wheat malt for a pale dry base. Chinook, Centennial, Cascade, Saaz and Comet hops add a snappy bitterness with a big punch of pine & citrus followed by subtle woody notes.
